Many of you might know Mark from his nearly 20 years as the owner of The Auburn Guitar Shoppe, as well as his many music events. You may not know that Mark also works as a real estate professional (since 2010). Mark uses his experience and Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University to serve local as well as national residential and commercial development groups. 

Along with Mark's partners, Southside Opelika LLC, Mark has help bring two residential developments to Southside Opelika. These nearly two dozen homes have been a vibrant addition to the historic area. Mark's goal is to honor Opelika's beautiful historic past while continuing to plant seeds for future generations to enjoy.
